No Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellation for an order once the order has been placed.

Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defected. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card Company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us and we will fix the issue.
Given the above, the client must report the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving the order, if defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Alteration:
We provide alterations for orders inside the UAE with a charge of 100 AED.

Delivery Process:
Our orders take 2-3 weeks to finish before being delivered. In the case of high volume of orders, it might take more time.

In seasonal times, (like Eid) orders might take longer but will be delivered at the appropriate time.

Once order is ready the delivery will take 2-3 days for UAE and 3-4 days for International.

We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.

Delivery charges will vary based on location. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery.

A tracking number will be sent to the customer by email once the order is shipped to track the shipment. It’s the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
